新股消息 | 探鱼母公司甘棠明善回应 具体赴港IPO计划是在三年后
1月22日，市场消息称，探鱼母公司甘棠明善餐饮有限公司考虑最早今年进行香港首次公开募股（IPO），目前估值约在70亿至80亿元人民币之间。对此，甘棠明善回应称，目前阶段只是引入了外部机构协助进行公司治理结构和内部控制体系优化，具体IPO计划预计是在三年后。
据甘棠明善官方网站显示，该公司创立于2009年，旗下经营四个品牌包括蔡澜港式点心、蔡澜越南粉、探鱼和撒椒。根据窄门餐眼数据，目前探鱼门店超过300家，蔡澜港式点心和蔡澜越南粉分别为73家和9家，撒椒仅为1家。
在深圳、广州、北京、等六个城市设置6大区域分公司，在68个大中型城市开设280余家餐厅，公司员工总数近万人。旗下品牌多次与海底捞、西贝、王品牛排、利苑酒家、广州酒家、全聚德等，被评为中国餐饮品牌力百强。
