中国海外发展(00688)：决定行使“19中海02”发行人赎回选择权
中国海外发展(00688)发布公告，中海地产集团有限公司2019年面向合格投资者公开发行公司债券(第一期)(品种二)，简称“19中海02”，发行规模为15亿元。根据公司实际情况及当前的市场环境，中海企业发展集团有限公司决定行使“19中海02”发行人赎回选择权，对赎回登记日登记在册的“19中海02”全部赎回。
付息登记日/赎回登记日/最后交易日：2024年1月23日。付息日/赎回资金到账日：2024年1月23日。赎回日/摘牌日：2024年1月24日。自2024年1月24日起，“19中海02”在深圳证券交易所摘牌。
