港股异动 | 君实生物(01877)尾盘跌超7%创上市新低 此前终止与Coherus许可与商业化协议
君实生物(01877)尾盘跌幅扩大逾7%，低见13.86港元，刷新上市新低。截至发稿，跌6.97%，报13.88港元，成交额1272.76万港元。
消息面上，1月11日，君实生物发布公告表示，已收到Coherus关于终止重组人源化TIGIT单克隆抗体（项目代号：JS006）许可合作的通知函。许可终止生效后，Coherus不再享有JS006的许可权利，君实生物重新获得开发、生产和商业化JS006的全部全球权利。
此外，君实生物公告，公司董事会选举李宁为第三届董事会副董事长，由于岗位调整，李宁获选为副董事长后不再担任君实生物总经理兼首席执行官，转而担任全资子公司拓普艾莱生物技术有限公司董事长，君实生物总经理兼首席执行官一职由邹建军担任。据悉，李宁博士未来将主要负责君实生物的海外业务，邹建军博士将负责主持公司全面工作。
