港股异动 | 易点云(02416)反弹超10% 预期23年经调整净利润为1000万-2000万元
易点云(02416)反弹超10%，截止发稿涨10.19%，报4港元，成交额839万港元。
消息面上，集团预计于2023财年的年内亏损及全面亏损总额约人民币8.7亿元至9.1亿元，较截至2022年12月31日止年度的年内亏损及全面亏损总额人民币6.116亿元增加约42.2%至48.8%;该集团预计于2023财年取得经调整净利润将为约人民币1000万元至2000万元，较2022财年的经调整净利润人民币1.35亿元下降约85.2%至92.6%;该集团预计于2023财年取得收入将为约人民币12.4亿元至13.2亿元，较2022财年收入人民币13.72亿元下降约3.8%至9.6%。
此外，1月9日，易点云宣布根据2023年的股份计划，有条件地向执行董事兼主要股东纪鹏程、张斌授予了1440万份和960万份购股权。这些购股权的行权价格定为5.606港元，且该计划已被港交所批准。这一激励方案的细节将很快呈现在股东大会上。值得注意的是，此次股权激励计划中若能达成330万台服务设备的业绩目标，这一激励措施不仅将推动易点云业务的快速扩张，也为公司股价的进一步提升提供了动力。
