中梁控股(02772)：计划会议将于2月9日举行
中梁控股(02772)发布公告，有关整体解决方案、该计划及由(其中包括)该公司及债权人小组订立的重组支持协议以及就该计划召开聆讯的通告。计划会议将于2024年2月9日上午11时正(香港时间)于盛德律师事务所的办事处举行，地址为香港中环金融街8号国际金融中心二期39楼，并可酌情延期。
计划债权人可亲身、(倘为公司)由授权代表、或委任代表出席计划会议并投票。计划债权人亦可通过视像会议出席计划会议，视像会议详情及密码可向信息代理(如阁下为计划债权人而非受制裁影响的计划债权人)或受阻计划债权人计票代理(如阁下为受阻计划债权人)索取。
计划债权人亦可向信息代理(如阁下并非受制裁影响的计划债权人)或受阻计划债权人计票代理(如阁下为受阻计划债权人)提出要求通过电话会议设施参与计划会议，并聆听计划会议及发出提问(但不可投票)。
