京基金融国际(01468)涨超4%，截止发稿涨4.85%，报0.238港元，成交额766万港元。
消息面上，公司发布公告，于2024年1月15日，公司拟向认购人DC Universe Investment Limited配发及发行合共9亿股认购股份，占紧随完成后经发行及配发认购股份扩大的公司已发行股本约10.55%。认购价为每股认购股份0.20港元，较1月15日收市价每股0.227港元折让约11.89%。
董事认为认购事项是为集团的业务营运募集资金的良机，同时亦拓阔公司的股东基础。认购事项所得款项总额将约为1.80亿港元。认购事项的估计所得款项净额将约为1.797亿港元。公司拟将发行认购股份所得款项净额用于偿还负债及一般营运资金。
