港股异动 | 渣打集团(02888)跌近3%领跌香港银行股 内房涉及的贷款敞口风险仍未见明显好转
香港银行股早盘普跌，截至发稿，渣打集团(02888)跌2.68%，报59.9港元；汇丰控股(00005)跌2.46%，报59.45港元；东亚银行(00023)跌1.39%，报9.25港元；中银香港(02388)跌0.84%，报18.88港元。
消息面上，海通国际指出，香港本地贷款增长较为疲弱，内房涉及的贷款敞口风险仍未见明显好转。基于内房敞口的占比多少，以及对高风险贷款计提的进度，我们建议关注渣打银行。
高盛此前发布研报称，中国房地产风险敞口导致港银蒙受的损失上升，投资者已有预期，股价亦已反映相关负面因素，目前港银本港房地产业务的减值并非太严重，但港银相关敞口则大得多，预期有不少银行今年起需要开始适度计提拨备，不过相信其对银行盈利的影响有限。
