凯升控股(00102)：蔡明发辞任执行董事及行政总裁
凯升控股(00102)发布公告，自2024年1月15日起：(i)蔡明发已辞任执行董事及行政总裁;(ii)赵敬仁已辞任(i)执行董事;(ii)香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05条项下的公司授权代表;及(iii)公司条例(香港法例第622章)所规定于香港代表公司接收所送达的法律程序及通知的授权代表;(iii)林君诚已辞任独立非执行董事;(iv)刘幼祥已辞任独立非执行董事;及(v)李泽雄已辞任独立非执行董事。
林先生辞任独立非执行董事后，他亦将不再担任董事会薪酬委员会主席、董事会企业管治委员会主席、董事会审核委员会成员及董事会提名委员会成员。刘先生辞任独立非执行董事后，他亦将不再担任提名委员会主席、审核委员会成员、薪酬委员会成员及企业管治委员会成员。李先生辞任独立非执行董事后，他亦将不再担任审核委员会主席、薪酬委员会成员、提名委员会成员及企业管治委员会成员。
