美国CBP：经重新设计的Apple Watch不受进口禁令的限制
据1月15日美国法庭文件，美国海关和边境保护局（CBP）日前决定，苹果公司可以采用一项重新进行的设计，以避免对Apple Watch实施的美国进口禁令。如果美国贸易委员会（ITC）持不同意见，法院可能会推翻CBP的意见。血氧检测专利持有方Masimo称，苹果用于从Apple Watch删除血氧饱和状态检测功能的软件解决方案获得美国批准，意味着苹果将删除血氧检测APP，以避免美国进口禁令。
