中国金融国际(00721)收到联交所复牌指引 继续停牌
中国金融国际(00721)发布公告，于2024年1月10日，公司收到联交所的信函，当中载列下列有关恢复买卖公司股份的复牌指引：就上市规则第13.50A条解决于2023年年度业绩公告中所披露导致公司核数师于公司截至2023年6月30日止年度财务报表作出不发表意见的问题，保证无须再就该等问题发出不发表意见及披露足够资料令投资者可在知情的情况下对公司的财务状况作出评估;及向市场公布所有重大资料，以供公司股东及投资者评估公司的状况。
公司股份继续停牌。
