APOLLO出行(00860)拟折让约19.05%发行约9613.1万股认购股份 净筹约4800万港元
APOLLO出行(00860)发布公告，于2024年1月15日，公司与认购方订立认购协议，认购方已有条件同意认购而公司已有条件同意配发及发行合共约9613.1万股认购股份，认购价为每股认购股份0.51港元,较股份于认购协议日期在联交所所报收市价每股0.63港元折让约19.05%。
假设除因认购事项外，公司已发行股本自本公佈日期起直至完成止并无出现变动，则根据认购事项将予配发及发行的9613.1万股认购股份总数(总面值为96.13万港元)相当于紧随完成后经配发及发行认购股份扩大的已发行股份总数约16.67%。
据悉，认购事项的所得款项净额将约4800万港元，即净发行价约为每股认购股份0.50港元。公司拟将认购事项的所得款项净额中约1000万港元用作偿还集团债务;及约3800万港元用作一般营运资金。
