淮北绿金股份(02450)公布，赵松及陆浚哲获委任为执行董事，即时生效。
根据上市规则第3.05条，刘勇因工作调动原因已辞任公司授权代表职务，自2024年1月15日起生效。刘勇将继续担任董事长兼执行董事。
就此而言，陆浚哲已获委任为授权代表，自2024年1月15日起生效。
