ALCO HOLDINGS(00328)发布公告，有关未能清偿判决金额及富泉商贸有限公司针对力高创科有限公司(力高创科)提出的呈请。公司获悉，于2024年1月10日举行的呈请聆讯期间，香港高等法院已针对力高创科发出清盘令。何乐贝会计师事务所有限公司的贝朝荣先生及Iu Chi Leung先生已根据香港法例第32章公司(清盘及杂项条文)条例获委任为力高创科的共同及各别临时清盘人。
