中国旭阳集团(01907)有意于市场上进行股份购回
中国旭阳集团(01907)发布公告，根据公司股东于2023年5月30日举行的股东周年大会上通过的普通决议案，公司董事会获授予一般及无条件授权(2023股份购回授权)以购回公司股份，但数目不超过公司于2023年5月30日已发行股份总数的10%(即4.42亿股)。
于本公告日期，公司已于2023年股东周年大会后完成股份购回1259.1万股，根据2023股份购回授权最多可购回4.3亿股。
