古兜控股(08308)：预期2022财年业绩将于2月底或前后完成 继续停牌
古兜控股(08308)发布公告，于本公布日期，公司已确认就合营业务的营运委聘哲慧企管专才有限公司为独立调查员，并同意调查范围。调查正在进行中，目前预计初步调查结果将于2024年2月中旬左右得出。
根据目前可得资料及独立调查以及审核公司财务业绩的预期完成时间，预期截至2022年12月31日止年度的经审核财务业绩将于2024年2月底或前后完成，而截至2023年12月31日止年度的经审核财务业绩将于2024年3月底前完成。
此外，继续停牌。
