首开股份2023年签约额同比降3成至615.33亿元
中国网财经1月11日讯(记者 张增艳)日前，首开股份公告称，2023年公司共实现签约面积269.85万平方米，同比降低15.09%；签约额615.33亿元，同比降低29.24%。其中，去年12月，公司共实现签约面积27.75万平方米，签约额57.16亿元。一方面，公司及控股子公司共实现签约面积20.51万平方米(含地下车库等)，签约额39.70亿元；另一方面，公司合作项目共实现签约面积7.24万平方米(含地下车库等)，签约额17.46亿元。
