企展控股(01808)出售合共4207股NVDA股份 套现约220.59万美元
企展控股(01808)发布公告，于2024年1月8日至2024年1月11日期间，集团透过公司的全资附属公司企展(香港)控股于市场上以总代价约220.59万美元(相当于约1718.38万港元)(不包括交易成本)出售了销售股份(合共4207股NVDA股份)。
考虑到NVDA股份近期的市价，董事认为出售事项是变现集团于销售股份的投资的机会。董事预期确认计入其他综合收益的税前收益约17.37万美元(相当于135.35万港元)，乃根据NVDA股份的收购价与出售价(不包括交易成本)之间的差额计算得出。股东务请注意，公司将取得的出售事项的溢利的实际金额须待审阅后方可作实。预期出售事项的所得款项将用作集团一般营运资金及偿还融资额度。董事认为出售事项乃公平合理并符合公司及股东的整体利益。
