ALCO HOLDINGS(00328)发布公告，于2024年1月12日，该公司与配售代理订立配售协议，公司已有条件地同意通过配售代理按尽力基准以配售价每股配售股份2.72港元向承配人配售最多1591万股配售股份，而该等承配人及其实益拥有人须为独立第三方。
配售股份占扩大后的公司已发行股本的约16.67%，配售价2.72港元较1月12日收市价每股2.77港元折让约1.81%。
假设最多1591万股配售股份已悉数获配售，所得款项总额及所得款项净额(经扣除配售佣金及其他相关开支)预计分别约为4327.52万港元及4172.19万港元。公司拟将配售事项的所得款项净额用作偿还银行及其他借贷、清偿外部债务以及集团的一般营运资金。
鉴于集团目前的财务状况，董事会认为，相较其他融资方式，配售事项为合适的融资选择，原因是其能够令集团有效筹集资金而不会增加集团的利息负担并能够改善公司的财务状况，亦是扩大公司股东基础及资本基础的良机。
