科济药业-B(02171)发布公告，鉴于罗兵咸永道会计师事务所未能与公司就集团截至2023年12月31日止年度的财务业绩达成双方均接受的审计时间表，罗兵咸永道已辞任公司核数师，自2024年1月12日起生效。
经公司审计委员会建议，董事会已议决委任安永会计师事务所为公司核数师，自2024年1月12日起生效，以填补罗兵咸永道辞任后的空缺，任期至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
