紫金矿业(02899)全资子公司拟认购3000万元基金份额
紫金矿业(02899)发布公告，该公司全资子公司紫金矿业投资(上海)有限公司(上海投资)与基金管理人上海敦钰投资管理有限公司(上海敦钰)、基金托管人招商证券股份有限公司(招商证券)签署《敦钰乐金1号私募证券投资基金-基金合同》，由上海投资认购上海敦钰管理的敦钰乐金1号私募证券投资基金(以下简称“基金”)人民币3000万元基金份额，基金属于R4风险等级的投资品种。
公司是在确保日常运营和资金安全的前提下实施本次投资，不会影响公司日常资金正常周转需要，本次投资有利于拓展公司投资渠道，借助机构投资的专业优势提升公司的投资能力，有利于为公司及股东创造合理的投资回报。本次投资的资金来源于公司自有资金，不会对公司的财务状况、生产经营成果构成重大影响，不会损害公司及股东利益。
