浙江沪杭甬(00576)相关管理处与数智交院订立补盲及主动管控建设应急工程项目合同
浙江沪杭甬(00576)公布，于2024年1月12日(交易时段后)，该公司相关管理处与数智交院订立补盲及主动管控建设应急工程项目合同，据此，公司相关管理处同意委聘数智交院提供有关增强杭甬高速公路瓜沥至红垦互通区域的外场感知能力及声光预警设施以及整合外场现有设备，以对杭甬高速公路杭州段K192至K197范围内感知设备进行统一管理的服务。 代价为人民币254.74万元。
于2024年1月12日(交易时段后)，上三公司相关管理处与数智交院订立高速公路拓宽前期项目合同，据此，上三公司相关管理处同意委聘数智交院提供有关上三高速公路拓宽前期项目的服务，代价为人民币91.2万元。
就补盲及主动管控建设应急工程项目合同而言，该合同旨在增强杭甬高速公路瓜沥至红垦互通区域的外场感知能力及声光预警设施以及整合外场现有设备，以对杭甬高速杭州段K192至K197范围内的感知设备进行统一管理，进而加强与其他系统间的数据对接能力。
就高速公路拓宽前期项目合同而言，上三高速公路的现状已经无法满足经济及社会发展的需要，改扩建非常迫切。预计高速公路拓宽前期项目将为有关拓宽时机、标准规模及项目预算等投资决策建立基础。
