BC科技集团(00863)公布，自2024年1月12日起，Lo Ken Bon先生辞任执行董事兼董事会副主席，于辞任后，彼将不再担任授权代表、提名委员会及风险管理委员会主席以及薪酬委员会成员; Madden Hugh Douglas先生辞任执行董事兼公司行政总裁;Chapman David James先生辞任执行董事;谢其龙先生辞任独立非执行董事，于辞任后，彼将不再担任审核委员会、提名委员会及薪酬委员会成员;戴并达先生辞任独立非执行董事，于辞任后，彼将不再担任审核委员会及风险管理委员会成员;独立非执行董事周承炎先生不再担任风险管理委员会成员。
同日起，执行董事刁家骏先生获委任为风险管理委员会成员;潘志勇先生获委任为执行董事、董事会主席、公司行政总裁、提名委员会及风险管理委员会主席以及薪酬委员会成员;徐康女士获委任为执行董事;杨超先生获委任为执行董事、授权代表以及提名委员会、薪酬委员会及风险管理委员会成员;杨毓博士获委任为独立非执行董事以及审核委员会、提名委员会及薪酬委员会成员;及徐飈先生获委任为独立非执行董事以及审核委员会、提名委员会、薪酬委员会及风险管理委员会成员。
