紫金矿业(02899)子公司拟继续开展金融业务
紫金矿业(02899)发布公告，鉴于公司2023年度子公司开展金融业务授权期限即将届满，为充分发挥公司金融板块与主业的协同作用，在不影响公司正常经营及风险有效控制的前提下，同意公司金融板块的下属企业继续开展金融业务，获取一定投资收益，提高资金使用效率，为公司及股东创造更大的利益。
证券投资业务投资范围为境内外股票、大宗商品、外汇、固定收益等大类资产及REITs、ETF、基金及信托等金融工具，以及流动性较好的各类金融产品等。授权使用不超过人民币35亿元进行证券投资，在上述额度内资金可以滚动使用，授权期限自董事会审议通过之日起12个月内有效。
股权投资业务投资范围为股权项目和股权基金。授权使用不超过人民币6亿元进行股权投资，在上述额度内资金可以滚动使用， 授权期限自董事会审议通过之日起12个月内有效。
