紫金矿业(02899)回购注销2020年A股限制性股票激励计划部分激励对象A股限制性股票
紫金矿业(02899)发布公告，根据《公司2020年限制性股票激励计划(草案修订稿)》(以下简称《激励计划》)的规定，公司A股限制性股票激励对象中有9名激励对象因离职或考核不符合解锁条件，根据公司2020年第三次临时股东大会、2020年第三次A股类别股东大会、2020年第三次H股类别股东大会的授权，公司董事会决定对上述9名激励对象合计持有的58.23万股已获授但尚未解除限售的A股限制性股票进行回购注销。
基于公司2022年年度利润分派方案(每股派发现金红利含税人民币0.2元)和2023年半年度利润分派方案(每股派发现金红利含税人民币0.05元)的实施情况，根据《激励计划》规定，本次A股限制性股票回购价格由人民币4.63元/A股调整为人民币4.38元/A股。
本次预计支付的回购资金总额为人民币255.05万元(未包含利息)，全部以公司自有资金支付。
