中关村科技租赁(01601)与酷哇科技就智能环卫业务相关资产订立融资租赁协议
中关村科技租赁(01601)发布公告，于2024年1月12日，公司作为出租人与承租人III酷哇科技有限公司订立融资租赁协议IV，据此，出租人将购入承租人III自有租赁资产IV，转让价款为人民币1000万元;及出租人将租赁资产IV租回给承租人III，租赁期为18个月，总租赁款项为人民币1041.27万元。在融资租赁协议IV项下，总租赁款项包括融资租赁本金为人民币1000万元及融资租赁利息收入(含增值税)为人民币41.27万元。
据悉，租赁资产IV为智能环卫业务相关资产，账面净值约为人民币1021.85万元。
