紫金矿业(02899)及子公司拟合理利用闲置自有资金进行委托理财
紫金矿业(02899)公布，为提高资金利用效率，增加现金资产收益，在保证日常生产经营需求和资金安全的前提下，公司及子公司紫金矿业集团财务有限公司(以下简称“紫金财务公司”，公司持有其 96%股权)拟合理利用闲置自有资金进行委托理财。该公司委托理财金额单日余额最高不超过 30 亿元人民币(不包括紫金财务公司的投资类理财业务)，占公司最近一期经审计归母净资产 3.37%;紫金财务公司委托理财金额单日余额最高不超过 10 亿元人民币，占公司最近一期经审计归母净资产 1.12%。
