铁货(01029)：股份要约项下合共4.398亿股要约股份获有效接纳
铁货(01029)及要约人AXIOMA CAPITAL FZE LLC联合公布，于2024年1月12日(星期五)(即首个截止日期)下午4时正，要约人已接获：股份要约项下合共4.398亿股要约股份(接纳股份，占公司于本联合公告日期全部已发行股本约5.16%)的有效接纳;及购股权要约项下合共9171.44万份要约购股权(接纳购股权，占要约购股权约51.27%)的有效接纳。
紧随完成后及于2023年11月8日开始的要约期间前，要约人及其一致行动人士持有、控制或指示26.08亿股股份，占公司于本联合公告日期全部已发行股本约30.61%。除该26.08亿股股份外，紧接要约期间开始前，要约人及其一致行动人士概无持有、控制或指示任何股份及股份权利。
经计及接纳股份(须待股份要约成为无条件及完成将该等接纳股份转让予要约人后，方可作实)以及要约人及其一致行动人士已拥有的26.08亿股股份，要约人及其一致行动人士于合共30.475亿股股份(占公司于本联合公告日期全部已发行股本约35.77%)中拥有权益。
