杭品生活科技(01682)附属拟以796.8万港元出售合共60万股中国海洋石油股份
杭品生活科技(01682)发布公告，于2024年1月11日，卖方中港保险经纪集团有限公司，为公司的全资附属公司，在公开市场上以总代价约796.8万港元(不包括交易成本)，按每股中国海洋石油股份约13.28港元的平均价格出售合共60万股中国海洋石油(00883)股份(截至本公告日期，约占中国海洋石油已发行总股本的0.00126%)。于出售事项结算后，集团将持有50万股中国海洋石油股份。
于出售事项后，集团预期所得款项约为796.8万港元(不包括交易成本)及实现账面收益约245.3万港元，即就出售事项所收取的代价与相关中国海洋石油股份的总成本之间的差额(不包括交易成本);及集团就相关中国海洋石油股份所收取的股息收入约103.9万港元。集团认为出售事项将增强公司的流动性。集团拟将出售事项所得款项用作一般营运资金。
