绿叶制药(02186)获控股股东增持200万股公司股份
绿叶制药(02186)发布公告，绿叶制药集团有限公司董事会宣布，其获公司之执行董事兼执行主席刘殿波通知，他于2024年1月12日透过其受控法团绿叶制药投资有限公司于市场内购入合共公司之200万股普通股，平均购入价为每股股份约3.3112港元。进行购买后及于本公告日期，刘先生于12.59亿股股份中拥有权益，占公司已发行股本总额约33.47%。
