天泓文创(08500)：姚通获委任为执行董事
天泓文创(08500)发布公告，姚通已获委任为公司执行董事及提名委员会及薪酬委员会的成员。
此外，刘东曦已辞任公司执行董事，蔡晓珊已辞任公司执行董事，李兆铿已辞任公司独立非执行董事，董颖怡已辞任公司的公司秘书及GEM上市规则第5.24条项下的其中一名公司授权代表。
于李兆铿辞任后，谭汉珊已获委任为公司审核委员会主席及于谭汉珊获委任为公司审核委员会主席并不再担任公司薪酬委员会主席后，刘立汉已获委任为公司薪酬委员会主席，以上变动均自2024年1月12日起生效。
