巨星医疗控股(02393)股权转让协议所有先决条件均已达成
巨星医疗控股(02393)发布公告，内容有关股权转让协议，卖方有条件同意出售而买方有条件同意收购目标股份，代价为人民币5.75亿元的相关事宜。
董事会欣然宣布，股权转让协议所有先决条件均已达成，而完成已按照股权转让协议的条款于2024年1月12日落实。于完成后，公司不再持有目标公司任何股本权益。因此，目标公司不再为公司的附属公司，亦将不再于集团的财务报表中综合入账。
