中国万天控股(01854)拟将法定股本增加至1亿港元
中国万天控股(01854)发布公告，为使公司于筹集资金方面更具灵活性及促进未来业务增长，董事会建议增设额外80亿股股份(每股股份在各方面与已发行股份享有同等权益)增加公司法定股本，从而将公司法定股本由2000万港元(分为20亿股每股面值0.01港元的股份)增加至1亿港元(分为100亿股每股面值0.01港元的股份)。
