中国诚通发展集团(00217)：顾洪林获委任为董事总经理
中国诚通发展集团(00217)发布公告，因其他工作安排原因，杨田洲辞任公司执行董事职务及不再担任公司董事总经理，自2024年1月12日起生效。杨田洲辞任执行董事后，将不再为董事会执行委员会成员及环境、社会及管治委员会(ESG委员会)主席。
董事会另宣布，自2024年1月12日起，现任执行董事顾洪林获委任为董事总经理及ESG委员会主席;现任独立非执行董事常清获委任为ESG委员会成员。董事会执行委员会由张斌(作为主席)及顾洪林组成;ESG委员会由顾洪林(作为主席)及独立非执行董事何佳、常清组成。
