中信证券(06030)获第一大股东中信金控增持合共1.50亿股H股股份
中信证券(06030)发布公告，2024年1月11日，该公司收到第一大股东中国中信金融控股有限公司(中信金控)《关于中信金控增持中信证券股份的通知》，其中提及：中信金控于2023年9月4日至2024年1月11日期间，通过集中竞价交易方式以自筹资金合计增持公司1.50亿股H股股份，累计增持股份数已达到公司已发行股份的1%。本次增持后中信金控持有公司23亿股A股股份、5.85亿股H股股份，合计占公司已发行股份的19.46%。
公告称，中信金控的本次增持，系参考政策环境、市场状况、股价表现等因素，根据自身经营情况综合决策而采取的操作。本次增持不会导致公司第一大股东发生变化。
