港股异动 | 中国奥园(03883)大涨20% 逾60亿美元债务重组计划获得法院批准
中国奥园(03883)大涨20%，截至发稿，涨14.21%，报0.217港元，成交额241.71万港元。
消息面上，中国奥园公告披露，其境外债务重组计划已经获得相关法院批准，中国奥园正式成为首家成功完成境内外债务重组流程的粤系房企。根据此次获批生效的重组方案，中国奥园将发行新的融资工具对原有约61亿美元的境外债务进行置换，包括4只共计23亿美元的新债务工具，以及14亿股普通股、1.43亿美元无息强制可转换债券、16亿美元永续债。
值得一提的是，重组后8年中国奥园预计将减少境外债务支付压力本息49亿美元，更重要的是当下未来两三年内中国奥园在境外公开市场无刚性还债压力，可以将有限的现金资源聚焦保交付、保兑付、保经营重点工作中，为后续可持经营转型发展创造有利条件。根据官网数据，中国奥园2023年实现约3.54万套房源交付，交付面积约413万平方米，交付总量超2022年全年。
