港股异动 | 香港资源控股(02882)早盘涨近9% 六福全购香港资源每股要约价上调至0.748港元
香港资源控股(02882)早盘涨近9%，截至发稿，涨7.46%，报0.72港元，成交额159.85万港元。
消息面上，六福集团公布，强制性全购香港资源控股每股现金要约价由0.7港元上调至0.748港元，较香港资源上交易日(11日)收报溢价11.64%。
公告称，假设所有尚未行使的购股权均在要约截止前获行使，香港资源将须发行105万股新香港资源股份。假设股份要约获悉数接纳，为满足要约代价，则要约人应付的最高金额为约9894.07万港元，将由要约人的内部资源拨付。
