红星美凯龙(01528)公布，公司于 2024 年 1 月 9 日收到公司股份被部分冻结的通知，获知红星控股所持部分公司股份被轮候冻结。
其中，红星控股的一致行动人车建兴、陈淑红、车建芳等合计共持有公司4363.064万股，占公司总股本的 1.00%。其中，车建兴先生所持股份43.56万股被司法冻结，陈淑红女士所持公司股份4.862万股被司法冻结，其他一致行动人所持公司股份不存在冻结情况。红星控股及其一致行动人股份累计冻结、轮候冻结、标记总数为约10.466亿股，占红星控股及其一致行动人合计持有公司股份总数的 100.51%。
