红星美凯龙(01528)股东红星控股、西藏奕盈、常州美开提前终止减持计划
红星美凯龙(01528)公布，公司于 2024 年 1 月 11 日收到红星控股、西藏奕盈、常州美开的通知，决定提前终止上述减持计划。截至本公告日，红星控股未减持公司股份，西藏奕盈已通过集中竞价方式减持公司1800万股 A 股股份，常州美开已通过集中竞价方式减持公司 2500万股 A 股股份。
截至本公告披露日，红星控股及其一致行动人合计持有公司约10.41亿股股份(全部为无限售条件流通股)，约占公司总股本的 23.91%;其中，红星控股持有公司约9.976亿股，约占公司总股本的 22.91%，常州美开持有公司4302.3万股，约占公司总股本的 0.99%。
