重庆钢铁股份(01053)尾盘涨近6%，截至发稿，涨4.29%，报0.73港元，成交额514.56万港元。
消息面上，海通国际指出， Mysteel统计的全国247家钢企盈利率约30.30%。Mysteel统计的247家钢企上周盈利率30.30%，环比前一周增长2.16个百分点，钢企盈利率2023年8月份的高点为64.94%。华福证券认为，整体来看，目前钢材供需呈现季节性减弱，宏观政策利好不断，经济整体稳中向好发展，市场活力逐渐恢复提升，该行认为2024年下游钢需仍然值得期待，预期全年钢铁控产限产将加力，供需改善推动钢企或将走出盈利底部。
光大证券表示，2024年行业将维持供需两弱的低利润状态运行，但景气度会优于上一轮地产新开工回落的周期；截至2024年1月5日，普钢板块PB估值已跌至绝对低位（处于2013年以来PB的3.3%分位数），该行认为在工业用钢、特钢整体需求还处于增长态势的背景下，2024年行业估值有望迎来修复。
