瑞银：予交通银行(03328)“中性”评级 目标价4.7港元
瑞银发布报告称，予交通银行(03328)“中性”评级，目标价4.7港元。公司指其2024 年的新贷款发放额可能与2023年相近，而以贷款种类划分，2023年新增实体经济企业贷款金额创历史新高。
展望未来，交行将进一步加大对实体经济实体的贷款发放力度，专注于零售贷款增长，提高零售新增贷款比例，瑞银表示，交行去年资产质量大致保持稳定，指在过去一年中，净利差遇到了一些阻力，料资产收益率或持续下滑，正在积极改善资产结构以管理资本消耗，预期派息将保持稳定。
