中国诚通发展集团(00217)附属与承建商订立EPC协议
中国诚通发展集团(00217)发布公告，于2024年1月10日，该公司间接全资附属公司诚通融资租赁与承建商(作为承建商)订立EPC协议，承建商同意提供EPC服务，例如就租赁资产采购设备以及租赁资产的勘察、设计及建设。
同日，诚通融资租赁亦与承租人(作为承租人)订立租赁协议，承租人将根据租赁协议的条款及条件租赁租赁资产，租赁期为16年，可因搬迁、改造或其他原因等因素而延长。
订立EPC及经营租赁安排乃于诚通融资租赁的一般及日常业务过程中进行。董事(包括独立非执行董事)认为EPC及经营租赁安排符合公司的业务发展策略，为公司提供了进一步探索可再生能源行业及多元化发展集团业务组合的机会，从而提高公司的整体竞争力。此外，预期诚通融资租赁将自订立EPC及经营租赁安排获得正面收入。
