北京能源国际(00686)附属就位于云南的农光互补光伏发电项目与联合体单位订立EPC合约
北京能源国际(00686)发布公告，于2024年1月10日，京能元江(公司的非全资附属公司，作为发包方)与联合体单位(作为承包方)订立EPC合约。根据EPC合约，联合体单位将向京能元江提供EPC服务，以建设EPC项目(位于中国云南省的农光互补光伏发电项目，总计划建设容量为75兆瓦)。EPC合约项下的合约价格约为人民币2.8亿元(含税)。
集团已加快清洁能源规模化发展及扩大可再生能源业务规模的步伐，此乃集团于此方面的重点之一。据董事所深知，联合体单位的成员均为发展成熟的公司，在中国光伏发电项目建设及发展方面拥有丰富经验。订立EPC合约将符合国家布局大型电力基地的政策，将使公司能通过建设优质光伏发电项目，进一步扩展其于可再生能源行业中光伏电站的业务规模并多元化清洁能源组合，从而为股东赚取更大回报。
