港股异动 | 海信家电(00921)再涨超4% 再次推出员工持股计划 激励目标大幅上调
海信家电(00921)早盘再涨超4%，截至发稿，涨3.46%，报19.76港元，成交额865万港元。
消息面上， 海信家电发布2024年员工持股计划，本次持股计划涉及标的股票规模不超过1391.6万股.员工受让价格为10.78元/股，本次持股计划涵盖董监高及核心骨干不超过279人。此外，公司计划以不超过人民币27元/股的价格，回购不超过1391.6万股的股票用于员工持股计划，拟回购金额不低于1.8787亿元，不超过3.7573亿元。
国联证券指出，2023年初公司推出市场期待已久的员工持股和限制性股票激励计划，历经一年激励效果显著，公司业绩与股价均迎来亮眼表现。时隔一年，二期员工持股计划再度落地，从考核目标来看，前次激励23-25年业绩目标值分别15.76、18.09、20.33亿元，而此次激励24-26年目标值分别为31.85、36.59、42.19亿元，大幅上调，参考我们对公司2023年业绩预测，此次激励目标未来三年业绩复合增速为15%，充分彰显公司对于未来发展的信心。
