景业名邦集团(02231)：将寻求本金总额为1.59亿美元的新票据在联交所上市
景业名邦集团(02231)发布公告，有关尚未偿还的2024年到期9.5厘优先票据的交换要约结果，截至2024年1月9日下午四时正(伦敦时间)，本金额为1.521亿美元的现有票据(相当于尚未偿还现有票据本金总额的100%)已根据交换要约有效提交作交换及获接纳。
就已有效提交及获接纳作交换的现有票据而言，待交换要约的其他先决条件达成或获豁免后，有关现有票据的合资格持有人将于2024年1月11日或前后收取交换代价，而新票据预期将于2024年1月12日或前后在联交所上市。
此外，公司将寻求本金总额为1.59亿美元的新票据在联交所上市。
