明源云(00909)发布公告，公司执行董事兼公司一名控股股东高宇先生(高先生)和执行董事兼公司一名控股股东陈晓晖先生(陈先生)分别增持了公司股份。
于2024年1月5日和8日，高先生透过其控制的实体GHTongRui Investment Limited(GHTongRui)在公开市场以平均每股约2.58港元的价格购买合共50万股公司股份，占公司于本公告日期已发行股份总额的约0.03%。于2024年1月9日，高先生透过GHTongRui在公开市场以平均每股约2.51港元的价格进一步购买合共50万股公司股份，占公司于本公告日期已发行股份总额的约0.03%。紧接于2024年1月5日、8日及9日进行的增持事项后，GHTongRui和高先生分别直接持有公司股份3.989亿股和被视为持有3.989亿股股份的权益，占公司于本公告日期已发行股份总数约20.54%和20.54%。
于2024年1月9日，陈先生透过其控制的实体SunshineSmoor Holdings Limited(SunshineSmoor)在公开市场以平均每股约2.53港元的价格购买合共 100万股公司股份，占公司于本公告日期已发行股份总额的约0.05%。紧接增持事项后，SunshineSmoor和陈先生分别直接持有公司股份400万股和被视为持有3.026亿股股份的权益，占公司于本公告日期已发行股份总数约 0.21%和15.58%。
如高先生和陈先生所告知，进行增持事项乃由于彼对集团整体发展前景和增长潜力怀揣十足信心，不排除于合适时机在遵守适用法律及监管规定的前提下，进一步增持公司股份。
