华邦科技(03638)：供股获有效接纳约40.35%
华邦科技(03638)发布公告，于接纳供股股份的最后时限2024年1月4日(星期四)下午四时正，已接获合共13份有效接纳，涉及合共1.27亿股供股股份，相当于供股项下可供认购供股股份总数约40.35%。供股将不会产生供股股份的零碎配额。因此，供股认购不足额为1.88亿股供股股份，相当于供股项下可供认购供股股份总数约59.65%。
于记录日期，并无不合资格股东，且不合资格股东未售出供股股份数目为零。
根据上述有效接纳的结果，补偿安排项下不获认购供股股份总数将为1.88亿股供股股份。
由于供股不设额外申请安排，公司已作出上市规则第7.21(1)(b)条所述安排，透过将有关不获认购供股股份发售予独立承配人的方式出售1.88亿股不获认购供股股份，使该等因供股而获供股要约的股东受益。
公司已委任配售代理并与其订立配售协议，以竭尽所能配售不获认购供股股份予独立承配人。所变现任何高出该等供股股份的认购价;及配售代理开支(包括任何其他相关开支/费用)总额的溢价将按比例向不行动股东支付。
