兴证国际(06058)附属认购总额为800万美元的票据
兴证国际(06058)发布公告，该公司间接全资附属公司CISI Investment于2024年1月8日经牵头经办人认购发行人沙特阿拉伯王国发售的票据，有关指令已于2024年1月8日获确认，及CISI Investment获分配认购总额为800万美元(相当于约6280万港元)的票据，代价为794.36万美元(相当于约6235.73万港元)，不包括交易成本。
集团认购票据作投资用途。董事认为认购事项可为集团提供机会，令其证券投资组合达致均衡，以及为集团带来稳定回报。认购事项符合集团投资策略。
