中国支付通(08325)发布公告，于本公告日期，集团主要于中国从事经营预付卡及互联网支付业务。自公司证券暂停买卖当日起及截至本公告日期，集团在所有重大方面均照常进行其业务营运，并将继续密切监控其财务状况及业务营运。
于本公告日期，董事会谨此提供有关2023年全年业绩审核进展的最新状况：(a)公司与债券持有人尚未就债券达成任何清偿或偿还计划，亦无产生及制定任何实际集资机会。尽管如此，公司已根据目前情况编製及正落实集团持续经营之现金流量预测，并将呈交予核数师以供审阅。(b)罗马及公司正落实对集团于上海银商信息权益的估值及减值评估，并将呈交予核数师以供审阅。(c)尚未从相关方收到有关应收贷款及应付债券的若干确认函，而核数师尚未完成相关审核程序。
公司股份继续停牌。
