奈雪的茶(02150)午后涨近5%，截至发稿，涨3.38%，报3.36港元，成交额2031.43万港元。
消息面上，1月4日，奈雪的茶在其官方微博宣布，泰国曼谷奈雪首店正式开业。据了解，奈雪首家官方直营门店所处的Emsphere商场由泰国百货零售集团斥资150亿泰铢打造，被认为是泰国高端商场、重要的商业和旅游地标。
中信建投则指出，截至2023年11月30日，公司共经营1437间奈雪的茶直营门店，全年开店兑现度较好。上半年验证模式盈利、多区域扩张等能力，正式开放合伙人模式，对于聚焦运营赋能能力和开拓下沉市场提升规模效应助益较大，门店保持稳健增长，后续总部费用摊薄及加盟提升利润率等推进。赛道逻辑实际有所改善，强化9~19元产品价格带，会员数量仍保持稳健增速。人员等成本优化力度较大，浮动租金模式对于成本灵活更优优势，外卖占比在2023年有所下降逐步回到正常区间。
