华宝国际(00336)：华宝股份调整首期限制性股票激励计划授予价格
华宝国际(00336)发布公告，2024年1月5日，公司非全资附属公司华宝股份(300741.SZ)召开第三届董事会第七次会议和第三届监事会第六次会议，审议通过了《关于调整首期限制性股票激励计划授予价格的议案》。
鉴于华宝股份2023年半年度权益分派方案已于2023年11月13日实施完毕，即以2023年11月10日为股权登记日，向股权登记日收盘为止全体股东每10股派发人民币2.00元(含税)的现金红利，根据《上市公司股权激励管理办法》、《激励计划》等相关规定以及华宝股份2024年第一次临时股东大会的授权，华宝股份董事会应当对上述激励计划首次及预留授予限制性股票的授予价格由人民币11.13元╱股调整为人民币10.93元╱股。
